Suing LARA: MMMP Card Delivery Delay

 

LARA had MMMP cards taking up to one year to be delivered to approved patients in need of their medication. Cannabis Counsel® took them to court, suing on behalf of the thousands of patients across Michigan.

Because of this lengthy court battle, LARA revised their application process, improving medical marijuana card delivery times to patients from months or years to under six weeks in most cases.
